How to access your Indigo & Paper files after checkout.
Check your order email
If you completed checkout, look for your order confirmation from Polar at the email address you entered. Use its access link to open your purchase and download the files. Check your spam or junk folder if the email is not in your inbox.
You can also open your purchases in Polar. Sign in with the same email address you used at checkout; Polar will send you a verification code.
Save the files somewhere you can find them again, then open the included read-me for setup and printing instructions. These are digital downloads; nothing is shipped to you.
If you cannot find your files
Do not place another order just to try again. Email hello@indigoandpaper.com, or use the order-related support details in your Polar confirmation. Include your product name, the email address you used at checkout and your order reference if you have it — but never your card details.
This page does not confirm payment or order status. Your Polar order record is the source of truth.
