How to reach Indigo & Paper, and what is most useful to send.

Where to reach us

Indigo & Paper operates from Drobo, Ghana and sells digital downloads.

Email — hello@indigoandpaper.com. This is the address to use for anything to do with an order, and the one that gets answered.

Pinterest — @indigoandpaper. Messages there are read.

If you have bought something

Email hello@indigoandpaper.com and say what you ordered. It helps to include the email address you used at checkout, because that is what the order is filed under.

Your files. The confirmation email contains an access link that opens your customer portal, where every file on your order can be downloaded again. That does not require you to download everything the first time. Use the email address from your purchase if the portal asks you to sign in. If an access link no longer works, or the email has not arrived, write to us for help; check the spam folder too. These are digital files, not physical shipments.

Something wrong with a file. Tell us which file and what happened when you opened it. A file that will not open, is missing pages, or is not what the product page described is our problem to fix, not yours to work around.

Refunds can be requested within 10 days of purchase and are handled by Polar, the merchant of record for every order; the refund page has the details. Write to us anyway — we would rather know what went wrong, and we can take it up with them on your behalf.

What is genuinely useful to send

Corrections. Especially on the technical articles. If a stated rule of thumb does not hold for your material, machine or postal service, that is worth more than a compliment — several of the claims here are drawn from a narrow range of conditions and the edges are exactly where they will be wrong. Tell me what you did, what you expected, and what happened.

Questions the articles do not answer. These decide what gets written next. A question asked twice usually becomes a piece.

Something that failed. The most useful writing on this site came from failures — the monogram that came off the mat in pieces, the tracker that stopped getting filled in. If something failed in a way an article did not predict, that is a gap.

What will not get a reply

Guest post offers and link insertions. No, and no rate exists. This site does not publish content written by other people and does not sell links inside existing articles.

Requests to add a product to an existing roundup. The articles here link to things that have been used. That is not a position that can be bought into.

Automated outreach. Anything addressed to "Hi Admin" or referring to a different site's content is deleted unread.

For brands and networks

There is no affiliate programme to discuss here any more, in either direction. Indigo & Paper sells its own files and carries no affiliate links, so there is nothing to place, sponsor or be added to.

Two things stay true, and they predate the change:

How the site earns, and what the arrangement used to be, is on how this site makes money.
