Refunds
How refunds work for Indigo & Paper digital downloads, who handles them, and the 10-day request window.
The short version
Everything in the shop is a digital download. Nothing is posted to you, so there is nothing to send back: digital products are not physically returnable or exchangeable once delivered.
You can ask for a refund on a one-off purchase within 10 days of buying it.
Who handles refunds
Every order is processed by Polar, our Merchant of Record. Polar takes the payment, issues the receipt and handles any refund. Your purchase is also covered by Polar's buyer terms.
How to ask
Within 10 days of purchase, write to [email protected] with your order details, or to [email protected] and we will pass it on. Say which file and why you are asking; the reason matters.
Refunds are not automatic. Polar may approve a request after considering:
- the reason you give;
- whether and how the file has been accessed or downloaded;
- applicable law and payment-network (card) rules;
- signs of fraud or error.
A file that is faulty or never arrived
If a file will not open, is missing pages, is not what its product page described, or never reached you, tell us. We will send a working replacement where that fixes it, or you will receive the applicable refund or other remedy. If the download email has not arrived, check the spam folder once, then write to us.
Your statutory rights
Nothing on this page limits any consumer rights you have under the law where you live that cannot be waived.
What does not apply
Because these are downloads, there are no physical returns, return postage, exchanges or restocking fees.
