Week by week to the birth, and then the part most planners leave out: the first weeks after it.
What is in it
Pregnancy at a glance; Appointments and care, with questions for your care team; Week by week, thirty-nine pages; Planning and preparation; Birth preferences; Postpartum support; Newborn rhythms, including a twenty-four hour care log; Memories; Notes.
Why this rather than a free pregnancy journal
The free ones are good, and they stop at the birth. Their last pages are the birth details and the first photo. This one keeps going, which is the point: postpartum support on pages 72 to 75, and newborn rhythms on pages 77 to 86, including the twenty-four hour care log for the fortnight when nobody can remember when anything last happened.
It is also week by week rather than month by month, which is thirty-nine pages against nine.
Format
103-page A4 PDF. Print the pages you need, or write on the file in a compatible annotation app. Working pages repeat so you can reprint them.
What it is not
It is for organisation and reflection, not medical advice, screening or emergency guidance. Health questions belong with an appropriately qualified professional, which the note on page 2 states plainly.
